Lindsay LLP is currently seeking a full time certified legal administrative assistant with 3 – 5 years experience in ICBC insurance defence. Duties for this position include the following:
Schedule discoveries, mediations, trials, IME appointments, and maintain calendars;
Organize files, binders, documents, and other related materials;
Draft correspondence;
Filing, opening and closing files;
Maintain BF and limitation systems.
Applicants to the position must have the following:
Solid understanding of legal procedures and documentation;
Excellent spoken English, composition, spelling, grammar, and editing skills;
Able to work independently as well as in a team environment;
Strong organization skills, and the ability to multitask
