Lindsay LLP is currently seeking a full time Legal Administrative Assistant with experience in insurance defence.

  • Schedule discoveries, mediations, trials, appointments and maintain calendars
  • Organize files, binders, documents, and other file related materials
  • Draft correspondence – dicta-typing
  • Filing, opening and closing of files
  • BF system
  • Time entry and monthly billings
  • Holds a Legal Administrative Assistant diploma from a recognized program
  • Solid understanding of legal procedures and documentation
  • Excellent spoken English and composition, spelling, grammar and editing skills
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
